Sharon Niemczyk has returned to the Cardno, Inc. as a Senior Consultant in the company’s Tampa, FL, USA, office. Sharon previously worked for Cardno from 2010 to 2016 and brings more than 20 years of experience in coastal ecosystem habitats, natural resources management, regulatory permitting, and various aspects of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.
Sharon brings multidisciplinary experience in supporting project implementation and business development efforts, including skills in project and contract management and regulatory compliance. She has worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a regulator with a coastal focus, the South Florida Water Management District in an Everglades research role, and managed several projects within the energy and power industry, including renewables.
“I returned to Cardno because of the relationships I have with the expert staff and the opportunity to help grow the company and its diverse client base,” said Sharon. “I’m also motivated to make a positive impact on the environment by providing great services and client support on projects throughout Florida.”
