OWM Ltd Celebrates Record Export Revenue in 2022

Leading water management and risk prevention specialist Offshore Water Management Ltd (OWM) has reached a new milestone with record export revenue now exceeding £1 million, reinforcing a successful 2022.

The Aberdeen-based company, which is entering its 16th year of business, has achieved an increase in revenue of 24%, with activity doubling from its recently expanded Technical Supply offering. The team has also secured a supply project with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, which is strengthened by the establishment of its new industrial facility in Westhill, opening at the beginning of this year.

OWM enters Q1 2023, supporting three leading UKCS Operators on water management projects, as well as being awarded a two-year framework agreement with Well-Safe Solutions. OWM’s services deliver potable water management for the provision of safe drinking water on the decommissioning specialists’ three major assets: the Well-Safe Guardian; Well-Safe Protector; and the latest addition to the fleet, Well-Safe Defender.

Focusing on the development of its team, Neill Crone was recently appointed as Managing Director after joining the company in 2015 as Finance Manager and becoming General Manager in 2020 before his promotion.

The expansion of the Technical Supply division, under the guidance of Paul Fieldhouse, has been a sign of the increased focus that OWM is placing on its unique technical procurement service, allowing the business to reinforce its presence in the offshore energy and marine sector. These services are expanded by strategic partnerships with the best manufacturers and suppliers, bringing clients a genuine value-adding service.

Managing Director Neill Crone commented, “2022 has been a successful year for OWM and our team, and we are excited about what the new year brings. Our Technical Supply offering and the increase in business we have seen is a testament to the expertise of our people and our extensive network of globally recognized suppliers and manufacturers such as Hatenboer-Water and Watts-Socla. We are looking forward to supporting our global clients with their commitment to safe and high-quality water and our continued growth in 2023.”
