Into the Depths: Tech Diving for Corals

The To Dive For was founded in March of 2023 by Haley Davis and Sydney Bell, two marine scientists and avid divers. This podcast is comprised of interviews with divers and marine scientists where they get to share their experiences, thoughts, advice, and stories. We record this podcast with the goal of making the intersection between professional diving and marine science accessible through the amplification of the diverse voices of those who live it firsthand! Our collaborative episode with Environment, Coastal & Offshore (ECO) Magazine focuses on Deep Diving as we interview some of the fantastic technical and rebreather divers, for Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute. Listen in to learn more about diving deep to collect coral samples, what it takes to be a technical diver, and how women technical divers are breaking barriers in the world of diving!
