Job Opening: CEO of Subsea Intervention Company (Eelume)

Location: Trondheim, Norway

Subsea Intervention Company Eelume seeks a highly-qualified individual to fill their CEO position. Eelume is a partner with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

The mission of Eelume is to significantly reduce inspection and intervention costs with resident autonomous intervention vehicles. Eelume is now developing a disruptive solution for underwater inspection and maintenance in the form of a swimming robot.

The idea is to let these robots do inspection and light intervention jobs on the seabed, reducing the use of large and expensive vessels. With its snake-like form, the slender and flexible body of the Eelume robot provides access to confined areas that are difficult to access with existing technology.

As a result, the company is now receiving substantial financial investments, and enters a new phase with significant technology development and commercialization. To apply for the CEO position, and see other openings at Eelume, click here.
